16.5 Positions of the pronouns

We already discussed in the chapter french survival guide 2 that the position of the pronoun is something that needs to be taken into consideration.

Examples

I give Mary a piece of cake.

I give it to her.

This is the same in French. Are there several pronouns after one another, then the sequence needs to be taken care of. The following table shows, how it works.
